We've identified all the best sites in each category. Simply choose amongst: General Purpose, Information Technology, Sales & Marketing, Diversity, and Accounting, and fill out our simple form. We'll handle the rest.  

Job Matches Via Email - Job Agents search for job openings matching your criteria and then email you Job Alerts with matching jobs. We hand select career sites with the best Job Agents and set them up for you using your desired job title(s) and geographic location. Then you'll receive job listings matching your criteria in your email as soon as they become available. Why waste hours searching the career sites everyday when the right jobs can be delivered to you without lifting a finger?  

Confidentiality Feature - Select "Keep My Identity Confidential" during registration, your personal information will be kept confidential. We'll either select the confidentiality option on career sites offering that feature or we'll replace your personally identifiable information and current company name with non-descript.  

Career Site Auto-Login Links - On your Real-Time Posting Report, there is a link to quickly log-in to each site we post you to. In most cases clicking on that link will automatically log you in to that particular career site. This makes visiting the career sites and modifying your resume a breeze!  

Spam Filtering for your Email - If you're not careful, posting your personal email address on the Internet can give rise to unwanted spam. For your protection we create a unique job search email address that's used when posting your resume online. All email to that address will go through our spam filtering servers before being forwarded to your Inbox. While no spam filtering technique is 100% foolproof, our service eliminates most non job-search related email.

Job-Mail: Web Based Email Service - As part of your resume promotion services, you will receive a free web-based email account used in promoting your resume. This keeps your job related email in one place and out of your primary email box. Features include 24x7 web access and the ability to read, write, reply, delete and organize email messages. The service also has an online calendar for scheduling interviews and a simple address book to store job opportunity contacts.

Email Forwarding Services - In addition to Job-Mail, you have the option of forwarding your job related email to any personal email address you like. You can change where you forward your email to at any time or turn forwarding off altogether, the choice is yours.  

Real-Time Posting Report - To easily access each site you're posted on, we provide a Real-Time Posting Report for you, which includes:

·           A link list that shows where your resume was posted.  

·        Auto-Logon links that instantly log you into each site.  

·        Your usernames and passwords for each site.  

·        The status of each site ("posting" or "pending").

·       The research program also targets industry specific recruiters in various salary ranges from entry level to CEO’s earning over $500,000.  We can choose national or local recruiters depending on the profession and salary range. 

 Direct mail campaigns are also excellent for employees and their partners who are t thinking of relocating.  Targeted research can help “test the waters” to view the response in different areas of the United States or in “reach” industries.

 The Process

You fill out a simple form that identifies the criteria to be used for the research.  You have total control of the program.  After the form is filled in and before the research job is started, you are contacted by telephone to fill in additional information.  This insures maximum effectiveness of the project.

 Completed Research

The Research Profiles and summary page are in a Word file that can be Emailed to you.  Expert Resumes also provides as an extra service, the names, addresses, and contact names of the companies contained in a database file.  This database file can be used in a Mail Merge function so that generation of personal cover letters and envelopes is simplified and error-free.  We even provide a procedure to perform a Mail Merge if you haven’t done it before.  If you prefer, we can generate the cover letters, resumes, and envelopes, and do the mailing for you.
